Mash system:

1.System is mainly composed by America standard: mash&lauter tun, boiling kettle and whirlpool tank, America standard: mash lauter tank, brew kettle&whirlpool with hot water tank,  hops adding equipment etc.Also with hops back system, heating exchanger and control system.

2.The main body of mash tun, material all using international standards, high-quality 304 stainless steel.

3.The manufacture is using of modern automatic plasma & laser cutting and the protection of pure argon gas welding and other technology.

4.Use the steam generator to provide the steam for heating brew kettle and mash tun. 

5.We can according to your requirment, provide the Pneumatic steam valve to achieve full automatic control. 

6.It can use seperated control cabinet for only control brewhouse. 


The mash&lauter with automatic control system for grain out. 


At the whirlpool, there is a inner heater for better boiling. 



Fermentation system:  2000L fermentatation system.

1.This set of equipment will closely combine the equipment processing with the technology,it has several advantages including artistic appearance,sanitary surface,small size,low cost,safety performance and simple operation.

2.It can not only keep the nutrition of fresh fruits ,but also increase many other nutrient elements .

1.Total volume: 2500L(25% free space), Effective volume: 2000L, dish head and cylinder tank;  

2.Inside surface: SUS304, TH:3mm

Outside surface: SUS304, TH:2mm;

Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam, Insulation thickness: 80MM.

3.Manhole:side manhole on dish head, 350*450mm.

4.Design pressure 3bar, Working pressure: 1.5-2.0bar;

5.Bottom design: 60 degree cone for easy to exist yeast.

6.Cooling method: Dimple cooling jacket, Cooling area:3.6squar meter.(2000L)
